Restore. Rise. Reclaim.
You can exhale here.
Healing is not about returning to who you were. It is about reclaiming who you are.
How We Help
Clinical care at the level you actually need.
Phoenix provides evidence-based emotional and behavioral health services for individuals and families seeking steadiness, clarity, and whole-person healing.
Our services meet people at varying levels of need, from intensive daily programming to focused individual work, all within a dignified and professionally guided environment.
Our Approach
A different standard of care.
At Phoenix we operate with a client-centered model, though here we prefer the term guest. The individual is not an afterthought to the system. The system is designed around the individual.
- 01
Structured
Care that follows a plan, on a rhythm, with progress reviewed in plain language rather than left to impression.
- 02
Evidence-based
Methods with clinical support behind them, applied by licensed professionals and matched to the person in front of us.
- 03
Delivered with dignity
Every guest is met with warmth, discretion, and intentional attention from the very first interaction forward.
Organizational & Systems Consulting
Behavioral health insight beyond the therapy room.
Phoenix supports leaders, organizations, and public systems in building resilient, high-functioning environments. The same principles that steady a person, structure, clarity, dignity, and measurement, steady an organization.
Our Commitment to Texoma
Stronger individuals build stronger families.
Our commitment extends beyond providing excellent care within our walls. We work to strengthen emotional wellness across the communities we serve, supporting individuals, families, organizations, and systems in building greater resilience and stability.

Common Questions
Answers before the first call.
If your question is not here, our team will answer it plainly and without pressure.
Both are structured programs, and the difference is intensity. Day Treatment provides multi-hour clinical programming across the day, several days a week, for adults who need substantial stabilization while still sleeping at home. Intensive Outpatient provides fewer structured hours, arranged so that guests can continue working or caring for family. Many people step from one into the other as they stabilize.
No referral is required to start a conversation with us. Call our office at (903) 300-1055 or email hello@phoenixbhw.com, and our team will help determine whether Phoenix is the right fit and which level of care makes sense.
That is what the first conversation is for. Our team will ask about what you are experiencing, how it is affecting daily functioning, and what support you already have in place. If a different provider or a higher level of care is the better answer, we will tell you plainly and help point you there.
Yes. Behavioral health information is protected by state and federal law, including HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains in detail how your information is used, when disclosure is required by law, and the rights you hold over your own record.
Phoenix serves adults across the Texoma region, including Denison, Sherman, Pottsboro, Van Alstyne, Whitesboro, and the surrounding communities of Grayson and Fannin counties, along with nearby southern Oklahoma.
